The substantive commercial terms of an engagement (scope, fees, deliverables, termination) are set out in a separate Client Services Agreement (CSA) signed by the Client. These Terms govern general use of the Site and workspace, and apply alongside the CSA. If there is a conflict, the CSA prevails on the subject it covers.
1. About us
Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E. Commercial Licence No. 2647800.01. Licensed activities include Advertising (7310.00) and Digital Marketing (7310.11).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. If you use NEXUS on behalf of an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it.
3. Workspace accounts
Account holders are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under their account. NEXUS workspace logins are issued to authorised users only; sharing logins is prohibited.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Site and workspace only for the purpose of engaging with NEXUS in connection with our services. You must not:
- Use the Site or workspace in violation of law or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or extract proprietary materials.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to replicate the NEXUS production pipeline.
- Use any AI clone or training artefact other than as permitted under the CSA and the AI Likeness & Cloning Consent.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Site, the workspace, the NEXUS production pipeline, our processes, templates, and trademarks (“NEXUS”). Ownership of deliverables produced for a Client is set out in the CSA.
6. AI-generated content
NEXUS content is produced using AI tools. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected and is refined by humans. NEXUS does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. Content for regulated professionals is subject to additional compliance review and is the professional’s responsibility to verify before publication.
7. Booking discovery calls
Booking a discovery call does not create an engagement. An engagement begins only when the parties sign a CSA or other written agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Information shared during discovery, strategy, and production is treated as confidential by both parties and used only for the purposes of the engagement.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and workspace are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our aggregate liability under these Terms (not under a CSA — that document has its own limit) shall not exceed AED 5,000.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify Aura AI Agents L.L.C-FZ against claims arising from your unauthorised use of the Site or workspace.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will be revised.
14. Governing law and disputes
Laws of the U.A.E. as applied in Dubai. Disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, or by mutual agreement to DIAC arbitration in Dubai in English.
